Dan Brown mixes fact and fiction to create his novels that have become international best sellers. He references dozens of people, places, objects and events. This often calls for encyclopedic knowledge to help separate the fact from fiction. This site is intended as a chapter by chapter guide to every reference in Angels and Demons that might stimulate your curiosity. It is the work of Middlebury College students but intended as a free resource to all interested parties. If quoting from the page, please give credit where credit is due. Most entries begin with a hotlink to Wikipedia when one exists. Credits for photos can be found by clicking on the photo. Questions and comments are welcome at tom.beyer@middlebury.edu. |
